1200ppm is not an average grade. It is the grade using a .075 cut off. Which equates to 43 million pounds of U, not 91 million lbs. the total deposit only has 91 million pounds at .025 cut off grade. So which is it? 600 ppm with 91 million pounds or 1200 ppm at 43 million lbs. U can't have it both ways mate.
