    DazzaHC, Lamarides does not participate in the distribution in specie of CHN shares. They get the BLN shares after the distribution-in-specie, meaning after BLN's share capital has been adjusted for the reduction in capital as a result of the distribution-in-specie, and BLN's market sp will by then reflect that. I don't have the calc of the theoretical value of what BLN's sp will be.
