re: cupwinner - be patient ! Have heard that the financial close for Melbourne project is also mid 2006, same as Lancashire. However, Melbourne gate fees are significantly less than Eastern Creek, such that government assistance may be required to make the projet economical. GRD currently negotiating with government on the financial arrangements...Looks like Melbourne may not be a major project, but nonetheless another one for the portfolio...will be good news to get another financial close in the coming months...
