Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-13

I'm a total amature here, but I do have a minute holding,
My questions to everyone here is as follows...
1-can arrium survive the iron or price drops and not be one of the higher cost producers that gets put out of business?and why?
2-if they can survive with the new lower IO prices, will they be profitable?and why?

As far as IO price goes, if you can produce it at a comparative cost to the major players, then doesn't logic dictate it would be a reasonably safe bet?
