Well that announcement has me perplexed. I can not for the life of me decipher whether this is a positive for Alexium or not. This just raises more questions IMO. The announcement almost reads as if Alexium were caught off-guard.
The big question is how will this institute influence FRACU. Has this been discussed? I guess, I hope, that this is the next gen technology that Alexium have been working on, is now being wrapped up into the tech institute. If so happy days as Alexium should be a key player. But then we have the time frame, formalisation by mid April? At this point we will yet to be listed on the NYSE and the Berry Amendments 3 month extension may have lapsed, therefore would Alexium even be eligible to part of initial establishment. Beer time I reckon.
