US authorities - acting on info that a another 9/11 action is underway - surround 5 airports and they manage to capture the say 20 men as they are boarding aircraft. They also manage to capture 20 people in say Iran who were their support.
In initial detention it become unequivocally clear they had every intention of hitting 5 skyscrapers in 5 different cities
Do they get a trial or get thrown in a detention center?
