If this is a 10 year investment, then why obsess about it? Why have 10 year investments? So many other stocks will do better in a few months. But to each her/his own.

Re: Bodyguard - binary outcome. Either P&G will go with it or not. So that's a risk. Better to wait and see if the deal works out and what the terms are. But even then it's probably going to be confidential again, so the price would gap up and fall straight back down again.

I think negative posters have a role to play even without much substance. They bring balance, otherwise it becomes like a fever or cult. For newbs, it's easy to get hypnotised by the constant "researched" positivity. Why not ask the substance-free cheerleaders for some substance?

But some negatives off the top of my head: vague communications from management, deals probably already factored in to some extent, long timeframes, the common problem of s/p being below the teens and then getting stuck in the low teens, competitors, complex science beyond the ability of shareholders to understand.

Why not ask the positive researchers to give a list of negatives?
