MB, I understand it was discussed about 18 months ago and rejected by PCL. As far as I know (pardon the pun) it's off the agenda for the reasons others have mentioned - ie what possible value would PCL now be to FAR? So it was me just having a whinge. My loss on this to date is about 80% so am mightily unhappy but will shut up now.
