I've never actually chosen to hold TLS although I do follow it. I have been carrying mental targets on the downside of $3.30 for a little while now - that has probably played with my memory of initial issue figures.

As far as a positive future - I consider that the game around access to proposed broadband network is the key. If TLS can free themselves in some form of the copper fibre network and exclude competitors from their proposed broadband network (thereby forcing competitors to make their own investment in infrastructure) then they will have the foundations for the next good opportunity. It may not prove possible to achieve this however that is what I will be keeping an eye open for. In the interim, as stated, I see further downside although I find it hard to conceive of a price as low as you are aiming for.
