Thanks mate it's a little clearer for me, glad to know I wasn't the only one thrown off by the Wave II original announcement.

So just to clarify here, you are proposing that Phase II and Wave II have been used interchangeably by OBJ and you believe that they are in reference to new P&G innovative developing products (i.e. not available on the market yet?) If so, we are working with P&G to incorporate our technology into these products? Do I have it about right or nearly?

While I have you, and while you are in such fine form, can I please ask two other questions which have been bugging me (in a good way)

I am aware of the initial P&G agreement covering 3 products and the indication there that there is another 4 products proposed by P&G are being evaluated by OBJ. (God I love that phrasing, P&G proposing products to us for evaluation - sorry that is off topic).

However in the Baker and Young report:
    http://www.bakeryoung.com.au/library/BYS_OBJ_311014.pdf

On the first page it says "The company has stated there are three additional new product developments under final planning with P&G in addition to the three that formed part of the PDA and we expect that a number of these will end up being licensed. "

Why is this 3 additional product developments now instead of 4?

Then on the 30th of April, in the share holder update it says:

"plus late stage discussions for additional products in five separate categories" which I read is 5 products in 5 different categories? Why is this now 5 instead of the earlier 3 and 4 ?

The same is said the company presentation 21st of May 2014

"Five additional new product developments under final planning"

So my question for you, is what the hell is going on!? Am I getting confused from the original 3 agreed and 4 under development? If the first product was SKII eye cream, then shouldn't that leave 2 further agreed and 4 under development = 6 in total (which is still different from 4 and 5 from above).

What do we know so far regarding products?

-We know of the SKII eye cream = launched
-We know there was another 2 from the original PDA under development and another 4 that were in the "final" stages (from the original announcement).
-In December, there was an amendment to the original PDA and two extra workplans were added, but these two "are in categories not previously addressed" so they are not related to any of the above points
    -We have BodyGuard being evaluated
-We have Coty's first product Philosophy under development
-They have added Pfizer to the list of partners in the most recent company presentation - no word on any potential products or developments yet
-Then we have the Phase/Wave II stuff that I address above, am I right in assuming this is working with P&G on not yet existing products??

It's all a little overwhelming, but am I on the right track here abdm? Have I missed anything obvious or added something that isn't factually correct with the information that we have available at the moment?

I've deliberately left out GSK as it is a little unknown at this stage and would rather get an update from the company before speculating.

The only other thing is the court case with Monarch as well, has anybody heard anything extra about that?
