You were the one that made the claim " In my profession opinion " . The rest of us are punters ( your words ) who are too young to have experienced a property crash ( once again your words ) . So back up your claim rather than dodge yet another question .

    1. " The facts and figures that you have presented don't exist otherwise you would've posted them . You are the one digging up old articles and making unsubstantiated claims and then you are too lazy to produce them . It's not my responsibility ( or anyone elses ) to research your claims . Put up or shut up .

    3. " Investors on the other hand will sell if there is a sustained dip in prices on properties they are losing money on anyway. This is property investment 101. " Says who ? How would you know that ? Who made you the expert on investment ? What qualifications do you have to support that claim ? I hope it's not based on your ' professional ' friends selling and now renting ?

    4. Do you have the data on Perth property ? Why don't you post it ?
It is no surprise to anyone that the Perth market is going to be soft after many years of boom conditions ? Comparing Perth to the rest of Australia is a poor example given it's exposure to the commodity cycle . Has Perth property collapsed as you have predicted ? As far as I know the lights are still on over there .

    6. Your making up stories again . No one on here is suggesting that there won't be a minor correction in some parts of the Australian property market . Take the Gold Coast for example . Look at Sydney in the early to mid 2000's . No poster on here has ever said that property will continue to go up in a straight line .And no , I'm not talking about mining towns either .

I challenge you to find a post by any of the regular ' bulls ' that claim that property will increase indefinitely without any hiccups .

It appears that it only posters such as yourself that are doing a Chicken Little and telling us that the sky is falling . Unfortunately you can't tell us when . As for your " eventually massive correction " . When is that ? Eventually ? Talk about no commitment ! We may as well go back to the asteroid argument .

You seem to be pretty good at selectively answering questions so I'll repeat a question I asked you the other day .

Seeing as we are going to a massive correction ( eventually ) then surely you would have sold your ppor wouldn't you ?
