1. " The facts and figures that you have presented don't exist otherwise you would've posted them . You are the one digging up old articles and making unsubstantiated claims and then you are too lazy to produce them . It's not my responsibility ( or anyone elses ) to research your claims . Put up or shut up .
3. " Investors on the other hand will sell if there is a sustained dip in prices on properties they are losing money on anyway. This is property investment 101. " Says who ? How would you know that ? Who made you the expert on investment ? What qualifications do you have to support that claim ? I hope it's not based on your ' professional ' friends selling and now renting ?
4. Do you have the data on Perth property ? Why don't you post it ?
It is no surprise to anyone that the Perth market is going to be soft after many years of boom conditions ? Comparing Perth to the rest of Australia is a poor example given it's exposure to the commodity cycle . Has Perth property collapsed as you have predicted ? As far as I know the lights are still on over there .
6. Your making up stories again . No one on here is suggesting that there won't be a minor correction in some parts of the Australian property market . Take the Gold Coast for example . Look at Sydney in the early to mid 2000's . No poster on here has ever said that property will continue to go up in a straight line .And no , I'm not talking about mining towns either .
I challenge you to find a post by any of the regular ' bulls ' that claim that property will increase indefinitely without any hiccups .
It appears that it only posters such as yourself that are doing a Chicken Little and telling us that the sky is falling . Unfortunately you can't tell us when . As for your " eventually massive correction " . When is that ? Eventually ? Talk about no commitment ! We may as well go back to the asteroid argument .
You seem to be pretty good at selectively answering questions so I'll repeat a question I asked you the other day .
Seeing as we are going to a massive correction ( eventually ) then surely you would have sold your ppor wouldn't you ?

How old are you acorn? You're embarrassing yourself and wasting my time. You talk in circles, make wild assumptions and won't read the thread to see where the facts are have already been quoted. They are all there in the articles I posted but if you are too lazy to read them then stop wasting anymore of my time. I've posted articles that state the figures I quoted in 1&2 and now Tcb has been kind enough to give you some links to back up 4.
You are repetitive, ignorant and boring and I don't think I'll waste anymore time on repeating myself for the 5th time. Are you and 23 related per chance? Same age and IQ I suspect. Go back to annoying your mum or whatever it is you do for kicks. I think I'll call it a night and move on from you and your tedious, repetitive doublespeak.
