    They need volume orders now. they have rolled the raise capital dice for the last time and they must get a return on it. I am not surprised to see an announcement but was surprised to see this "price sensitive" one...another MOU 10 months out counts for nothing right now. they need to announce a 500 locker roll our yesterday!
