I was rushed to the nearest hospital where more tests were carried out and they told me I was definitely having a heart attack and that I would be going to one of the World's top facilities for an angiogram. The cardiologist told me that from faxes he'd seen my left ventricle was closed.
After the test I was told I wasn't having a heart attack but going to the Coronary Care Unit. I was subjected to hours of tests and told that my heart was in very good condition. I was released after 2 days.
As required I reported the matter to the doctor who did my aviation medicals and told me my flying licence was suspended, but that I'd get it back in 4 or 5 days. In fact I was subjected to more tests at huge expense to me by the aviation authorities all of which confirmed the original diagnosis. It took me 9 weeks to get my flying licence back as the tossers in the govt aviation authorities covered their ars.
After this incident I decided that in the event of any other medical problems I wouldn't tell anyone and head off to another country to solve the problem if there was one.

So you are prepared to hide your medical conditions and continue to fly, putting the passengers' lives at risk ?
Where is your moral compass ?
