re: what`s everyone drinking*
A couple of years ago (decades?) I reckoned that if I was a millionaire I would only drink beer at a barbeque.
The years haven't treated my liver well so if I were to retire comfortable now, midstrengh beer would remain. There would, however, be a "top shelf" of single malts, gin, ouzo, drambue etc. Noticable by their absence would be burbon and coke.
And wine, from the light bubblys to the head kickin heavy reds just get better, (and cheaper!, who would want to grow it but!)
