    Perhaps the end was just for the company, but not for the shareholders.  

    So, jack456, what happens now to the mountain?

    I guess Rodan has a claim, via his secured loan agreement, but is that going to be worth anything considering the tenement is still in "limbo", i.e. not renewed?
