hate to be a bit of a pain but can you clarify a few things because it is sort of rather important.

obviously it was a short hearing but how short?

who has the problem with the cash flow projections? Quasar? Is it Alliance that needs more time or Quasar that needs more time?

was there any mention of spot market activity?

did it appear that both parties were happy to keep it short?

did either party challenge the other on any matter?
