Good morning DollarDan,
All this is just my best educated guess to explain the delay of the permit. On the ASX I've learn' t that no news is often bad news. To my mind there must be an issue with the water quality and potential leaching that concerns DER - hence permeability questions still need to be answered. If the samples have come in under the guidellines I can't offer any further explanation except DER are still not satisfied.
But all this is insignificant to the bigger project. All I'm doing is giving people a reasonable explanation for the delays - no need for anyone to get excited. They'll get there eventually. I look forward to the latter half of the year.
