Anyone buying at these levels will need it in spades!
Recent updates looks pretty much rinse and repeat to me. That is, higher revenues but at equally higher cost of sales - for on-going likely loss of $2-3M pa.
The Quarterly in 3-4 weeks will tell the story.
The key phrase in the recent update was the following:
"We are also focused on reducing our cost to acquire and bill new customers in China and the fact that our expenses are 20% lower than forecast is a great result which will lead to increased overall profitability from SmartPay"
20% lower than forecast is meaningless without knowing what the forecasts were. If they have genuinely got the costs of sales down - and can sustain it - then there is justification for the enthusiasm. If not, take cover.
