It is fantastic news for TON. It is good news for the graphite industry all round. It will have no impact on SYR in the long term.

TON have just made a giant leap from selling a story to selling a resource. It is amazing really. I didn't think the graphite demand was this large so early in the growth path for this mineral. One must be mindful of course that the actual user need is really for 2017 and onwards. Even so, it augers well for many wannabe graphiters outside of China. Really great for TON, but also reassuring for many others.

SYR's destiny is in it's own hands. The DFS will steer the short term SP when it gets announced.

Additionally, SYR has proven its V2O5 quality plus concentrate volume and TON has yet to do it. Looking at the differences in petrology I have serious doubts that TON will be able to get the high 5% concentrate like SYR has proven. But.......................... after today's announcement by TON, I wouldn't be betting too much against anything from TON. lol ............ I really thought that their MD was blowing hot air with his comments discrediting MOUs and stating he was going straight for a Binding Offtake. He bluffed me out of my TON holding with those sort of comments .......

Anyway, really happy for the TON holders as some of them have had a lot of grief over the past 6 months or so. I really don't comprehend the rival jealousy that seems to permeate between different graphite explorers across HC. Kindergarten stuff really!
