Have to say that I really cannot understand this. If the banks are up again today will confirm the market insanity.
The DOW is in denial. It only fell 50 points today.
All indications are that this war will continue for a while yet. Not only will it continue, but it is going to get dirtier and messier.
We are not into Bagdad
Housing starts down 8% last night for Feb. THis has been one area that has remained strong.
Bush did not get his tax cut, he got half though. Absolute madness to get one one during a war when spending is up and you go to congress asking for an extra 75 billion.
My prediction, (hoping it does not happen), get ready for MOAB (mother of all bottoms.)
