smuggler & thejudge....

Firstly i will disclose that i myself hold a moderate parcel of qtk shares and am related to the thejudge.

I read this forum for general interest out of others opinions and post very rarely. I think you should go easy on both smuggler & judge, i know certainly in the case of judge that he has believed what the company have announced and has put his faith in mark pallister. so time (and it appears now the case) that he and myself have been suckers but it has not been our intent to "pump and dump" the stock. I think that probably smuggler is in the same boat if he were brave enough to admit it.

I know judge now reflects back to the 23 page announcement dated 16/12/05 where MP offloaded 30 million shares at around 6.6c to various parties with the intention of purchasing Thorneys shares (which didnt eventuate). Are these parties now the sellers because anything over 6.6c is a profit for them? I have read the announcement repeatedly last night with judge and neither of us can fully understand it.

Neither of us will sell but obviously are not happy with the situation as it appears this company is not being legitimate with its shareholders. With the contracts they claim to have in place there is no way the shareprice should be performing so dismally regardless of MP's problems.

The conclusion we both come up with is that either (A) the company is indeed in dire straights or (B) a ruthless game of scull duggery is going on behind the scenes with the victims being those that have placed in the company and Mark Pallister at prices far higher than these.

Ironically Mark Pallister is a christian man. I wonder if he practices what he preaches or whether he puts the almighty dollar in front of every other principal in life, such as honor, decency & respect for your fellow man.

I have followed the sharemarket for 16 years and can recall very few instances where on the surface a company has so much going for it, yet trades like QTK. We now are left in the dark as much as anyone as to whether something is going to come out in the ensuring weeks that will explain why the stock has been performing like this or what will happen.

I know Judge has been a victim here & i feel that smuggler is in the same boat. I dont subscribe to the theory for one moment that these guys for one moment have tried to "pump & dump" and i know personally how much judge has suffered in all of this....
