The US interest rate hike, if Yellen wins over the other Governor's, is likely to have a significant negative impact on US biopharma. Unsure how Australian biopharma will be affected, but it might not be pretty, some brokers in the US r saying that the main impact of US rate hikes will be biopharma and tech stocks with other sectors not subject to the same almighty apocalyptic crash that some have been predicting. Think SRX might escape the biopharma debacle if that result in May is good otherwise it might not be pretty IMHO but pls DYOR. Other Australian biopharma stocks r starting to sell off not quite like SRX but getting there, i.e. IPD, BIT (a bit of a dead cat surge last week), NAN, RGS and COH.
