Of RIO paid $4.0 selling around 300.0mt (pre staggered increase in supply), then FMG at 160.0mt would have paid $2.0b.
The same Royalty payment obligation ad method of calculation applies to all miners, so what is your point??
Royalty is not based on cost of production, profitability or whether Colin Barnett likes Twiggy.
