Go to any spatial conference or seminar, locate a GIS Manager whom uses Nearmap and ask them whether they plan on renewing their subscription. I think you'll be surprised.
Will dropping clients mean there is no future growth? I don't know. Will NearMap change models again to provide better value? I don't know. I do have certainty that once Spookfish is available, every single organisation will re-consider their contracts and the rapidly growing distaste towards NearMap needs to be heeded by management.
A couple of points, one your an idiot, no actually only one point.
Nearmap is gaining customers with virtually zero churn, oh and making money.
