Do I read the announcement correctly, in that it states that the actual supply is to commence 36 months (ie, three years) after signing the Agreement? Does that mean that the twenty years, "scaling up from initial production", does not start until 2018, and is therefore really for 23 years from today?

Doesn't that imply that, if the "scaling up" is linear, then the significant volumes do not get started until thirteen years from now?

With the discounting rates that anyone has to apply for a Mozambique project, (12%? More?) how much is a dollar earned in 2028, and beyond, worth today?
