What are you talking about? This person has done exactly that - gone out and done his/her own research. Let's be honest, company announcements are going to paint things in the very best light possible so it's always wise to go and do a bit if research from indepent sources.
This is especially valid considering the fiasco regarding the discrepancies between this recent announcement and the report the next day.
