In MY opinion for what its worth BCD under the terms of the contract no longer own a right to any structures on the tenement as they have not full filled their contract. in fact they forward sold for finance gold not yet recovered...in fact MAR gold so if that's the case MAR could take that gold back and on sell it their selves
also I believe their is plenty more gold a depth to justify building a processing plant on site,it would have been better if BCD had entered into an agreement to facilitate a better out come , why haven't they gone back to their share holders to give them a chance at raising the funds.....???? I would be very wary have any deals with BCD at the moment.
