Blooreeler, I've seen all sorts of things in this country that quite frankly scare and sicken me. But I'm not about to pigeonhole one race of people when I know from life experience, travelling all over the world many times, befriending people from many different ethnic backgrounds, that it simply isn't like that. We're an extremely isolated and in many ways sheltered people in Australia. That has many advantages however racial tolerance and willingness to educate ourselves is not one of them. Much of it is cultural and borne out of necessity or lack of, e.g. we have no pressing need to learn a second language or learn the cultures and history of neighbouring countries (they don't exist).
