Pisces,someone has been moving a parcel of 185,000 around today on the sell side,it's been offered as low as 19 and as high as 21,seems he wants to keep it just out of reach.....question is he a buyer as well or just someone trying to squeeze a few more $ out of his trade ?If he wants to sell them why not break the order up into smaller parcels
