The WUC shares appear to be artificially propped up on that system bringing into question what the actual premium is. 2) The WUC business plan is fairly grey at this stage. They will restart production and make dollars apparently. It's pretty light on details and for that reason some would have doubts about how quickly the company could actually become cash flow positive and whether this money would then be enough to get Pinon Ridge Mill or H/T Ranch into production.

3) Uranium market remains suppressed. Don't think I need to expand on this one too much.

I would expect more details on No. 2 as we move closer to a shareholder vote, but 1) and 3) are pretty much outside anyone else's control at this point.

I say this respectfully. How does your points 1 and 2 have anything to do with why BLR is still trading around ,3? None of them have influence on the BLR share price.

The issue here us there are 3 billion BLR shares available to trade and this wave of micro liquidity needs to dry. In absolute dollar terms, the daily trade is not large. But this is another reason why less shares in issue see better than more shares.
