You have some real issues, the basis of the harbour scheme was as criminal as you can get

I was a tax advisor at the time and the promoters were offering us mega bucks to sign up clients

The company was stripped and new directors appointed, usually from the Northern Territory and were given a couple of slabs of VB to sign the ASIC documents

The tax office caught on and all of them had to repay the tax, 100.00% penalty plus interest,and so they should have and some went to gaol.

I did not sign up one client and list a few clients over this, I knew as all did that it was criminal no questions asked

Get real mate, there is a difference between minimising you tax, negative gearing etc.. as opposed to tax evasion
