Nani,
This is an Adelaide based deal .
Sexton is a good operator.
I notice Stephen Gerlach is on the board as well. He is also Adelaide based I believe.
The Becton Wine Trust did not work out and essentially fell over. In short, initial investors in the Wine Trust lost money is my understanding .
Believe they have been working on getting people into this new IPO for the last six months or so.
Ferguson Seafood and Paris Creek both good businesses and well run. Would question their ability to obtain more supply if shipping large amounts to China.
