re: price break out Price is just broken above old swing high(close), larger players have earlier moved in again ahead of the rise of price of Tin. They still appear to be active in accumulating Slightly weak techs on this initial move up but still very early in its challange to previous price high. Continued support will easily propel the SP higher in short term.
