re: spp allocation/and strong buying I think the issue was clouded by a (or some) disgruntled shareholder(s) threatening legal action unless the company took action to make sure holders of multiple hins were excluded/scaleback to take into account multipe hins. As this is really up to the registry I am not sure how they would have gone.
