Yes, I read today and indeed posted ( in shock) that he now totally supports Hill as a future President (which I hope wont happen).....but who else is there? If Jeb Bush gets in, I'll somehow chew my own throat out.

Re Nimrud, a disgustingly senseless destruction by ISIS, it was nothing new....remember the Taliban did the same in 'Ghanistan? Equally senseless. It seems the Taliban and ISIS are of the same religious ilk....as are Boko Haram, who recently pledged allegiance. They are a brood of very sick puppies.

lol. The "homosexuality" request by Obama and Hill would seem like a normal human rights style request, were it not for the fact that Hillary is virtually out in the open and the rumours about "Bath-house Barry" persist. That would explain things.

And, of course, on Kenya, obama would still have family there....

Sorry to hear you left the SSAA, mate. I would have liked to see them acquire the stature of the N.R.A in the US. They are awesome. Wont happen, but would have been nice. They signed up a lot of new members at the Claremont "Shot Expo" in December, they told me. I think all firearm holders should join.
Would be interested to hear from you where you thought they compromised???
I do believe they could be more forceful at times, but thats me.

that is becoming an increasing cry considering the events unfolding especially in the me - places like nimrud are the cradle and birthplace of christianity with not only the structures that have survived millenia but also the christian population where a service and communion have been held every weekend since the death of jesus.

national geographic recently did a piece on the coptic christians who were beheaded - one reporter however decided to look at the families and how they were coping with this tragedy.

what he found to his utter amazement was not desperate mourning but celebration as the families consider that to suffer for christ (as paul said) is gain and that their beloved family members are now in the arms of jesus. they do not go and seek this type of death or suffering but they are willing to die for the one who died for them.

in answer to your comment there is the promise of jesus that even tho there will be immense suffering, he did promise to return and this hope is what keeps christians looking firmly at the prize. we (the west) need to take the middle eastern christians examples and apply them in our own life.

that is the happiness gz - the hope of his glorious return to put an end to all this pain.
