I have inferred NOTHING of the sort.

I have said....QTK are building their OWN network....it is based on the 3G technology which allows for Global rollout to work in the DSS bandwidth countries give the local player.

It saves the need for QTK to re engineer base stations and transponders for country or city specific locations.

It allows QTK to now "mass" manufacture to its own specifications and have systems whicg can then work on ANY DSS spectrum allocated.

PLUS.......so many technical advantages it is too numerous to quantify here.

That being said.....QTK have a technological march on any system in the world.
