A shareprice of $4.28 would give QTK a market cap of around $1.6 billion.
Is that an impossible figure for a company rolling out a nationwide security infrastructure system in China? While i am not suggesting $4.28 is achieveable in the short term, once the China rollout begins and reality sets in, imo the shareprice will reflect the progress being made.
Stocks rise on two factors alone, hype/sentiment and proven results/fundamentals. At present there is no hype factor at all for QTK. Once they begin proving what they have been saying all along about China the fundamentals will begin to flow through to the balance sheets. Then the hype factor which has disappeared since November 2005 will slowly creep back in.
Is $4.28 an impossible figure? Longer term and over a period of maybe the next couple of years.......Of course not!
