Epic, say RMS goes to 18c by 1/8 (August). Buying heads at 15.5 to 18 = 16% gain. Buying oppies at 4.9 gives 6c value at 1/8, just over 16%. Anything above 18c makes the oppies a better buy, anything under makes the heads in front. Now if gold or the stock market falls by 1/8 and RMS fall to 12c, or indeed an earthquake as happened at NST's Raleigh just after purchasing, then heads have time to get back up, oppies =100 loss.
Scholes&Black say the heads are a better buy. Ask the directors converting.
