You don't get an allocation based on the number of shares you own, you just get to apply for an amount up to $15,000 (provided you owned at least 1 share as at the record date). Whether your existing parcel is more or less, that's irrelevant. The only difference will be for those who hold multiple brokerage accounts, as they will be entitled to apply for $15K in each account.

Before anyone asks, I don't know whether that will apply to any holders of the KNLO options. I hope it does. I will endeavour to find out.
