Subsequent to Vango and Cro's formal queries I have emailed Nigel Johnson specifically about the status of R&D claim as I am concerned the company is not getting claims for tens of millions they have spent in R&D in past four years when claims became payable without income. This should have been fully explored before tapping SH in dillutive raising.
I have had no response to email on R&D queries, will post on HC if any response.
Only got to 4.1% on shareholder block so cant force anything.
