I can completely understand and accept that.
You just miss the biggest issues with the article.
They have no official figure,
They are in a constant state of unrest,
Difference in one area in a single year/observation hardly can provide proof, it can make us question why that occurred but hardly create set assumptions.
It's written like a newspaper article, not a scientific journal article. And it contains no 'science' just newspaper like reporting
But sure, I have a 'constipated mindset'.
Without doing any research?
Show me the research that says avoiding surgery keeps you alive longer, if you can provide it and it stands up to the normal tests then I can absolutely accept it.
Just like if you can show me that articles that say that smallpox wasn't really an issue and being vaccinated against it wasn't worth the time because we could just drink clean water and some fruit to avoid it..

It's not that there were less deaths in hospitals. There were less deaths . You just can't comprehend.
Yeah, the BMJ are always reporting rubbishy journalistic articles. Absolute disgrace to the so-called profession.
No, YOU show ME the research that having surgery keeps you alive longer. You're the one making the unsubstantiated claims. Hint: finding a comparison with a control is very difficult.
