I have a question for you to answer. If it is better to not treat any disease or get vaccinated etc. then why are we living to much longer ages? I consider a lot of what we do today much more unhealthy than what was done some years ago, before fast food, soft drinks etc. we also have pollution from cars etc. But yet we live much longer than the wealthiest Romans or Greeks did who are fresh fruits and veg all day and had servants to feed and bathe them with 0 stress yet they were very lucky to make it much past 40 with most dying in their 30's.
