I don't think it is placement sellers
It looks like 1 party constantly keeping it capped and priced down
Whenever it goes bid 60c they have just enough to sell it down. It looks like it's being set up for a T/O or someone is accumulating on the sly
This should be north of $1 already, not stuffing about at 60c
