2. The Federal Reserve doesn't own the gold, the Treasury does.

3. The only ones that care about US gold are the goldbugs, no one else gives a toss. If it wasn't there, no would care.

4. The 8800 or so tonnes of US gold is chickenschiff, it wouldn't pay 25% of the US defence budget for one year.
