From a bear perspective - it is a bubble waiting to be burst.
From the bulls perspective - the market forces work, prices gone up and sent a message to developers ...start building because there is profit to be made ....building boom followed by price levelling off. So most property bulls have turned bearish.
Call it the property cycle. Or... whatever you wish.
