    How will suspending protect investors? If it goes to court expect a protracted battle, and if suspended, a lengthy hat. Does that help investors who would rather get what they can and move on to other stocks flying in a hot resource market?

    RIO will win regardless. All the talk is purely because some traders are unfortunately going to lose alot of money. Its all sentimental talk, not practical.
