No you won't have the same equity.
Post consol current share holders will own 17 mil shares.... And there will be 54 mil on offer. So instead of current share holders owning 100% of the company it will be ~33%.
It won't list again at 10c... You can punt quite confidently on that gassed.
Current shareholders have been shafted. Hard.
