Obviously, double that amount, say 700mil or 1 bill would be a lot of shares on issue.

If a company has that many shares on issue, it will be too dilutive.

But it's all about context. As you well know. Such as what is MSB's future income capacity compared with costs? Oh we can't even talk about that because it's unknown? But it's likely to be very high indeed. MSB has the capacity to manufacture on an industrial scale keeping costs low.

Anyone undertaking an analysis would balance all these things and more, in a relative sense, factoring in what is unknown and what are the risks.

But of course in your world, we can't do that? You slam down any such discussion as not exact enough. Exactly how much profit, exactly what deal, exactly when? Exactly why does such exactitude have relevance in an emerging company? It's unnecessarily reductionist.

Obviously. Obviously, a company can continue to issue shares and dilute but the shareholders won't like it and market won't like it because there is less profit out there. A lender or partner might ask for a consolidation of shares as a pre-condition of doing a deal. I've seen this happen and it isn't pretty. But my point is, it isn't happening here, because the SP is higher and the science is excellent. This is a plus.

Just in advance, I don't find a lot of goodwill in your discussion if you twist my words, take them to a ridiculous extreme and refuse to try to understand what I'm saying. Context is everything but you are always taking an extreme view of my words. It's boring. Truly it is.
