Well, our own current government is continuing the tradition by turning a blind eye toward the sickening slaughter in West Papua. It's been going on for years and it seems no one is game to take on Indonesia. The West Papuans are on their knees begging for help to stop the rapes, torture and murders carried out by Indonesian soldiers. Cutting babies from the mothers womb is a particular favourite as is raping a young girl and killing her by forcing a bayonet up into her vagina and gutting her.
